The action role-playing game Genshin Impact features an open world in which a team of four adventurers travel through the land of Tevyat, defeating enemies and mastering difficult challenges to improve their adventure rank and world level. The game gets a new update every six weeks to keep things fresh by bringing new quests and challenges to players. These updates include new characters with different powers, a range of new weapons, and much more. The latest update 1.6 included an exclusive archipelago as part of a new quest, Mysterious Islands: Journey to the Unknown. Now a new update, Genshin Impact 2.0, is in the works and will be released shortly.

Genshin Impact 2.0 release date
The biggest update in Genshin Impact history, Update 2.0, will be available to everyone starting July 21, 2021. This new update will also be available for pre-installation on phones and PCs two days before its official release, as confirmed by the game’s official Twitter page.
Genshin Impact 2.0 pre-installation of Update 2.0
In order to pre-install Update 2.0 on PCs as well as Android and iOS devices, players should first complete all remaining quests and challenges. PC users can simply go to the Genshin Impact Launcher and hit the “Game Preinstallation” button. Android and Apple users can use either of the two methods given below
Select the Paimon icon to go to the Paimon menu. Then tap on “Settings” followed by “Other”. The pre-install option will appear here and players can simply click on it to begin downloading the new update.
Alternatively, players can open Genshin Impact and click the “Preinstall Resource Pack” option in the lower left corner of the screen before starting the game. This will download the 2.0 update.
New functions in update 2.0. contain
The biggest addition to the game will be the introduction of the Inazuma Islands, which are off Japan. It has been predicted that players will be able to visit three out of six islands in Update 2.0 and the remaining three islands will be available for exploration in the next update. These islands will be filled with shrines, ovens, canyons, tea houses and clan mansions. Players also get access to a new elemental power; Electro, as the Inazuma lands are deeply permeated by this element.
Aside from the islands, players will be introduced to the gardening that can be done with the Serenita Pot, and they will also be introduced to new types of wood for making furniture. As part of Update 2.0, several new enemies will also appear, including the Perpetual Mechanical Array, the Pyro Hypostasis, and Maguu Kenki; all will be hardcore bosses and defeating them will not be an easy task.

- Thundering Pulse – A five-star bow
- Hamayumi – a four-star bow
- Hakushin Ring – A four star catalyst
- Mistsplitter Reforged – A five-star sword
- Katsuragikiri Nagamasa – A four-star claymore
- Kitain Cross Spear – a four star spear
- Amenoma Kageuchi – a four-star sword
Version 2.0 introduces three new characters. you are
- Ayaka – a five-star cryo princess who can inflict massive damage on any enemy.
- Sayu – a four-star anemo ninja who uses claymore and loves to take short naps. It can turn into a wind turbine and destroy anyone who dares to stand in its way.
- Yoimiya – a five-star pyro archer who can also make fireworks.
Many new events will be available in the 2.0 update, including several quests related to the Inazuma Islands. The region will also have a reputation system in which players will have to complete quests to increase their reputation and gain access to blueprints for powerful recipes and weapons. A four-week event called ‘Thunder Sojourn’ will also be included where players get cash by completing tasks. With this currency you can then redeem a free Beidou. The update will also include the events “Phantom Flow”, “Ley Line Overflow” and “Lost Riches”.

Two-piece set– This artifact gives players a 20 percent charge boost
Four-part set– This increases the damage caused by elemental explosions by 25% of the energy charge. This set can give players the ability to deal a maximum of 75% more damage.

Two-piece suit– Increases attack by 18%
Four-piece suit– When players use their elemental abilities and their energy is 15 or more, they lose 15 energy and their attack damage remains doubled for ten seconds.
